About me
My name is Celeste Snodgrass

I am a licensed mental health professional (LMHP, LCSW) with a passion for helping people unlock their full potential through Brainspotting. With a background in trauma-informed care and over 25 years of experience supporting children and families, my work has always centered around healing, growth, and resilience.
I was introduced to Brainspotting in a personal way—seeking help for my intense fear of flying. After just one session, I experienced a profound sense of calm on my next flight (my husband noticed it too!), and I knew I had to learn more. What started as a personal curiosity quickly turned into a professional calling.
In 2025, as I considered launching a traditional talk therapy practice, a friend suggested I explore Brainspotting training. I signed up the next day and haven’t looked back. The depth, flexibility, and power of this method captivated me, especially its ability to help individuals overcome performance blocks and access peak performance under pressure.
Today, I work with adolescents and adults who are ready to move past internal barriers and show up fully in athletics, the arts, academics, leadership, and life. Whether you're afraid of heights, an athlete struggling with confidence, a musician battling stage fright, or a high achiever feeling stuck, Brainspotting can help you find clarity, focus, and flow.
Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me working on something creative, whether it's crocheting, quilting, painting, or whatever sparks inspiration in the moment. I also love spending time with my three (almost adult!) children, playing with our energetic dogs, and heading to the lake during the summer to relax and recharge. Whether I’m enjoying a great concert, cheering on a favorite team, or soaking in a Broadway show with my husband, I’m often drawn to the joy and energy of performance. That same passion fuels my work, and I’d be honored to support you in reaching your next breakthrough.
