Hi, I'm Celeste Snodgrass, LMHP, LCSW, and Level 3 Brainspotting practitioner. I help adolescents and adults overcome fears and performance blocks and tap into their full potential—on the field, on stage, or in everyday life. With a trauma-informed background, a personal history of a fear of flying and a passion for performance, I use Brainspotting to support deep, lasting transformation.
